For local events within the Charlotte area, travel is typically included. For out-of-area or multi-day events, we handle all logistics to ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

 

4. How far in advance should we book?

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and dates are only secured once a contract is signed and deposit is received.
