Yes. We are based in North Carolina (Charlotte & surrounding areas) and regularly travel for events across the region and nationwide.


For local events within the Charlotte area, travel is typically included. For out-of-area or multi-day events, we handle all logistics to ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

 

4. How far in advance should we book?

The sooner the better—especially for corporate events and conferences.


We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and dates are only secured once a contract is signed and deposit is received.


For larger events or multi-day conferences, we recommend booking 2–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
